Used / Installed Equipment: Due to the nature of security equipment, Delta Security does not accept returns or provide refunds once equipment has been installed or used.

Unopened Equipment: Unopened, unused equipment may be returned within 14 days of purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty Coverage: All cameras and NVR systems include a 5-year warranty. This covers manufacturer defects of equipment failures, and Delta Security will repair or replace as needed.

Service Calls: Maintenance or service on equipment not installed by Delta Security Solutions is billed at $75/hour.
