Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

1.8 SMS Privacy & Data Use

4. Security Systems & No Emergency Service

Delta Security Systems provides security equipment and related services; we are not a 911 or emergency service provider.

In any emergency situation, you must contact 911 or your local emergency authorities directly.
We are not responsible for any failure of your security system due to power outages, Internet or cellular disruptions, user error, improper installation or maintenance by third parties, or tampering.
You are responsible for maintaining your equipment, ensuring proper power and network connectivity, and testing your system as recommended.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or losses arising from the failure or malfunction of any security system or related service, except as expressly required by applicable law.

5. Online Commerce & Third-Party Links

Our Site may link to third-party websites or allow you to purchase products or services from third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, quality, security, or policies of third-party sites or vendors.
Any transaction you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that third party.
